What Causes Breathing Difficulty And Chest Pain After Having Cheese?

I took 4 exlax today at 12:30 pm and ate a piece of cheese after to cut the bad taste, I was hungry and didn t eat till 3:45, by then, I felt dizzy, and had difficulty breathing. I was real hungry, but it took a lot of effort to breath and swallow food. I had 2 bowel movements earlier and half an hour ago I had another bowel movement, but right after I had trouble breathing, my heart was pounding, and had a squeezing cramping feeling in the middle of my chest. My symptoms are the same right now, not as bad, I m also really fatigued. This coincidently happened before when I take exlax, but not Every time, so I don t know what causes this suffering.
