What Causes Breathing Difficulty And Chest Pain When Suffering From Panic Attack?

I suffer from panic attacks & recently having a lot of complications with breathing issues & chest pain. I ve been to the ER several times, but all of my lab work has come back good. What should I do? They said that I was slightly dehydrated. I ve had pain in my calf & left shoulder blade for a few days. Should I take a muscle relaxer. I was just in the hospital & got out yesterday.

Hello,

Panic attacks has a lot of symptoms and some of them are chest pain, shortness of breath, etc.

You have done the examinations and everything is ok so your symptoms are linked to a panic attack. I suggest you consult with a doctor and take medication and exercise regularly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
