What Causes Breathing Difficulty And Cough?

Hi! Today i am really confused. I had 2 xrays for preemployment purposes from 2 separate labs and 1 has findings (consider subsegmental atelectasis or fibrosis of the upper lobe of the left lung) and the other has none. I do not know which one to believe. i do not possess any signs and symptoms. I have not been having difficulty in breathing or cough and colds. What should i do?

Hello
Welcome to health care magic.

If you have fibrosis/atelectasis of lungs, you may definitely have some respiratory compromise manifested as dyspnea on exertion and fatigue.

You can get your lung function and if possible CT chest scan tests done for confirmation.

If nothing such is there in picture as I mentioned above and tests are normal, you need not worry.

Hope I answered your query.
Feel free to ask if any more doubt.
