What Causes Breathing Difficulty And Dry Mouth After Taking Taxim?

I have recently had colonhestmy operation and discharge from hospital, i am going to bathroom for 3 to 4 times a day, first time with hard and second time semi liquid, third time like gum type, informed the same to doctor, they have requested to stool report, the report say no parasite, no infection, pale yellow, semi solid, mucus present (+) 6.5 ( acidic), epithelical cells occasional / hpf. Doctor advised to take taxim o morning & night and metrology 400, 3 times a day for one week, after taking this tablets i am suffering from breathing problem and dry mouth and neck, even iam taking 4 liters of water daily still thirsty can you please inform why is this happening.

Taxim doesn't cause dry mouth and breathing problems, however, the symptoms may be due to excessive fluid loss.
