What Causes Breathing Difficulty And Heart Palpitations At Night?
I am suffering with breathing problems and palpitations.. I have had numerous blood tests and a 24hour heart monitor but nothing showing up. Doctors are putting it down to anxiety or panic attacks but am not anxious etc. It gets worse when I am in hot places and has now started waking me up at night

I think you should test even thyroid function. An increase in thyroid hormone levels can cause hyperthyroidism that causes palpations and arrhythmia. Test T3, T4 and TSH.
