What Causes Breathing Difficulty And Internal Bleeding?

My sister is in the hospital because she was having trouble breathing and had internal bleeding. Her husband says she has fluid in her stomach and her liver and kidneys are damaged . Could this be something related to her drinking and abuse of prescription drugs? Doctors said they will know more once the can get rid of some of the built up fluid. Thank you.

by fluid in stomach..if u mean ascitis, it might be a possibility..chronic alcoholism can cause fatty changes in liver..also deteriorated kidney function and ascitis..hope the patient recovers soon..
