What Causes Breathing Difficulty And Sweating?

Few days back i had some breathing problem and sweating. I visited nearest hospital and hey have done ECG and told me that it is not normal. The next day I go for ECHO it is absolutely ok. They have given some medicine and advised me to go for Angiogram for finding out any blockage, after two weeks. Can you please confirm, is there any other way to find out the blockage other than angiogram??

Thanks for your question on HCM.
I can understand your situation and problem.
Blockage in the coronaries can be diagnosed by
1. CT coronary angiography. (Less invasive)
2. Percutaneous coronary angiography (PCA). (More invasive, but investigation of choice to rule out blockage).
So by these two methods you can know coronary blockages.
I advice you to go for PCA. Because in this, accurate diagnosis of blockage is done. And if blockage is detected then therapeutic measures like, stenting, ballooning etc can be done in the same setting.
So better to go for PCA.
