What Causes Breathing Difficulty And Tightness In The Chest?
This afternoon while making lunch for my son, I started feeling light headed and dizzy then I began to feel like I m short of breath and tightness in my chest. I went and lay down, and I felt a little better, but when I start to make around again the lightheadedness came back and the dizziness. What do you think might cause this to happen. IM not dehydrated because I consume a lot of water when the day comes.
These may be the most common causes of your problem. But never underestimate any heart condition. I would tell you not to rise immediately from a lying or sitting position. If you feel tired have a rest. If the situation persists don't hesitate to contact us.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Dr. Suzana Zharri,
