I find it difficult to Breath(feeling like there is no air around) freely especially at night... Though not frequent like twice in a month. Last night it happened I couldn t sleep. What could be the cause? What can I do to stop it? Or is it normal? Thanks. Bright
The symptoms you are experiencing is likely due to sleep apnoea. In patients with sleep apnoea, the obstruction of airway leads to decreased oxygen levels during sleep. Please be advised to follow up with your primary care physician to undergo sleep study to look into the possibility of sleep apnoea.
