What Causes Breathing Difficulty, Chills And Body Ache?
I have been feeling ill for 10 days. Starting with an ocular migraine and extreme pain in the occipital area. Followed by classic symptoms of a cold (fatigue, chills, body aches, dizziness). Symptoms appeared better and worse as the days went on. I started to have trouble breathing and felt intoxicated most of the time. 1 week later i became extremely nauseous ,dizzy,very cold and vomiting. Also two days later experienced pressure in ears and occasional headaches as well as pain in the occipital area again and mild right chest pain as well as extreme fatigue, sleeping 11 hours and not feeling rested. No cough, stuffy nose or discoloured mucous.

In my opinion, going by the symptoms mentioned by you for me suffering from a severe viral fever (flu).
However, since symptoms are worsening, it is best to consult a physician at the earliest and get your complete blood count done especially platelet count accompanied with urine routine examination and an antibody test for dengue (since you are complaining pain in the ocular region).
Also if you are having fever kindly restrict to milder antipyretics and pain killers like Acetaminophen only. Do watch out for any bleeding tendencies.
