What Causes Breathing Difficulty, Fatigue And Excessive Sweating?

One of my relatives is suffering from the symptoms: occasional breathing difficulty specially during workplace, he feels breathing going down and down, feels very weak or feels like passing out but not experienced one yet, sweating and feeble and shaky body since 6 months. No doctor has been able to figure out what exactly is the disease or the problem is. So I am looking for the answer of what kind of disease it is or problem in what parts of body like heart, lungs etc. creates these symptoms and what kind of doctor should be consulted for treatment? Thanks.

Hi,

Well, The amount of sweat considered normal is quite variable and depends on the demands of the body. Excessive sweating, also called hyperhidrosis, means that you sweat far more than your body needs you to sweat. For example, if you sweat while sitting calmly at your desk, that is excessive sweating.
In hyperhidrosis, the body's cooling mechanism is so overactive that it produces four or five times the amount of sweat that you need. However, sometimes if sweating happens during the night or there is associated weight loss then it may indicate some more serious issues such as lymohima or hormonal imbalances. In every case, if this persists you should see internist first to do some tests.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
