What Causes Breathing Difficulty, Trouble Yawning And Taking Deep Breaths?
Hi, I m having trouble yawning and taking deep breaths. 30 year old male in relatively good shape, former college athlete. I have hypertension but take Lisinopril 10mg daily, which keeps it at an acceptable range (usually around 115/75). The difficulty breathing started last Saturday and has been worse on some days than others, particularly at night. On that Saturday, I hurt my neck pretty bad in the morning lifting weights over my head, and also mulched the garden all day in 90 degree heat with no gloves. Not sure if either of these could be a factor. Thank you for your help.
