Hello. I have been suffering with chronic anxiety for two years now. I didnt leave me house for 7 months. It has gotten better and now all of a sudden its back. My throat feels tight, i feel as if i cant take a deep breath, dizzy, among other symptoms. Im sick of it! I have no idea why this has happened. I literally qoke up one day like this. My dr has tried a few things and medications with little relief. I wake up feeling like i cant get a breath and thats all i think about all day long. Any advice? Any tips to make this better?

Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. You know that you are an anxiety patient. From the description it seems that you have social anxiety. You state that you did not leave the house for seven months. That is the height if social anxiety or better called agoraphobia. You need to get proper combination treatment which includes psychotherapy, yoga, meditation, medicines and exercises. Please consult a psychologist. Do trust your doctor.
