I have had an infrequent issue with waking from a dead sleep gasping for air. It doesn t last real long. it s only ever happened when I have been asleep. The last episode happened so long ago I forgot about it, then it happened last night and of course now I don t want to sleep. What could it be?

There are so many reason for this.starting from life profession age disease.if you are only suffering from apnea then you have to bring some good changes which really not only change but solve your problem. So strict follow routine proper sleep.normal and light diet.you may listen soft muzic before sleeping. Or develop a habit of reading a the bed.
