General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi welcome to the health care magic..

As such kidney problem doesn't seem to be cause for dyspnea here..

But for detail comment let me know your cardiac history and investigations done for that..

Post myocardial infarction heart failure can occur and that can lead dyspnea.

Moreover if infarction involve more portion of heart then cardiac muscle contraction can be affected and so with overwork heart cannot compensate for increase demand ..

Continue prescribed medication like diuretic which help in controlling blood pressure and reducing cardiac load as well

If needed your doctor will investigate with EKG for further work up

Take care

Hope your concern solved
