What Causes Breathing Difficulty While Suffering From High BP?

I do not take blood pressure medication but it is running high I went to hospital cuz I really felt bad and having trouble breathing my BP was 158ovet 104. They didn t think it was bad cuz I was asked to wait for 3 to be seen. I went home what can I take to lower it on my own?reason I went to hospital is Dr appointment not till mid September

Before eyou take any medication, you need to recheck your BP and confirm its high. It could go up if had checked it after some physical activity or if you have some stress. If you bp is high still, get your renal function and cardiac status checked. If all of them are normal any one antihypertensive drug can be started. Preferably Enalapril. You can consult any physician and do this. Thank you.
