What Causes Breathing Difficulty While Suffering From Thyroid Dysfunction?

I am a healthy 64 yr old female who has minimal health issues. I take Thyroid medicine and I get a Prolia shot for my osteoporosis twice a year. I am 5 ft tall and weigh 104. I exercise about 4 times a week, yoga, weights, walking. In the last week I have had 2 episodes of labored breathing. No pain just breathing heavy. I was awake both nights all night long. Yesterday I went to the doctors. My blood pressure is always low. 104 over 60. It was 144 (don t remember the bottom number) in one arm and 139 in the other. That is very high for me personally. The doctor did a EKG that was normal. Today I am not feeling the labored breathing but have a pain in my upper back. It is hard to believe I have heart issues but I am a little worried. I go Mon for blood work and a Xray. Does it sound like a prelude to a heart attack?
