What Causes Breathing Problems, Palpitations And Fluttering In The Chest?
I m having problems with breathing and I have palpitations and fluttering in my chest through out the day. This also causes dizziness and muscle spasms. What should I do? I have an appointment coming up and I m really desperate to know what wrong with me.

Palpitations can affect the blood supply to the brain and other areas of the body and this would be the reason that you would experience dizziness and muscle spasms along with it.
Palpitations can be due to problems with the heart rate or rhythm or both.
An ECG to take a look at both of these would likely be needed for assessment.
