What Causes Breathing Problem,scratching All The Body And Feeling Inflated In Flight?

hi , i had a direct flight , between us and hong kong , 15 houers flight , in the plane i felt like i cant breath , and i scratch all my body , when i arrived hong kong , the same ... and i feel , like my body inflated ...

Well come to HCM
There could be many symptoms one can see related with air travel and that all might be happening due to high altitude, changing altitude rapidly could disturb the overall physiological functions and this might be the reason, but this is nothing to worry have some sleep, then every thing would be fine, take care.
