My mother in law is in ICU in Thailand with acute symptoms of shortness of breath, sweating, swollen abdomen and bruising on her legs and abdomen. She is 64 y/o with history of hepatitis C and jaundice and possible angina. No ankle edema. She is over weight

It may b sign of chronic liver disaese secondary to hep c. Ascitis , cloting factr deficiency pleural efusion are the complications. She shd b properly evaluated nd treated on protocol fr cld. Do ultrasound abdomen, pt/aptt/inr, x ray chest to confrm disease nd its progress
