What Causes Breathlessness After Eating French Fries?

sometimes when I eat starchy foods like McDonalds french fries and a burger my upper airway gets clogged with flem and it makes it hard to breathe. I can hear the flem gurgling and it goes away about an hour after I eat. Question is .. what is it in this food that makes me do this?

It is the content in form of certain hydro carbons, preservatives of mono unsaturated fatty acids and artificial sweeteners with added salt which can give rise to breathlessness after eating french fries when a person is sensitive to particular ingredient of the same.

Body response via release of mediators of inflammation via mast cell through IgE mediation and an expert allergy specialist will let you know the molecular details of the same after certain lab tests of the same.
