What Causes Breathlessness Along With Abdominal Bloating?

I have been suffering from bloating which makes me breathless and in endoscopy it is found that D1 mild narrowing with deformation. I am taking rebeprazole L. its 45 days now and there is 50% improvement. what else I should do. It becomes more difficult after food and bloating is heavy.
