What Causes Breathlessness And Dizziness While Having Bicuspid Aortic Valve?

Hi i am 33 and i have a bicuspid aortic valve and a dialated aorta (4.4). I have recently been suffering from mild breathlessness and had a couple of episodes when i have felt faint but don t want to go to my cardiologist because if i ever contact him he always says that i need to resolve stress in my life. Am i right in thinking that when my valve/aorta begin to fail it will be a gradual process?

bi cuspid aortic valve is no problem its a congenital issue and 2% of population has it
more common in males than in females
friend in your hyper active days of child hood it did not cause any issues it is most unlikely it will be causing any now
so pleas be assures it is not the base of your problem
