What Causes Breathlessness And Fatigue While Having Coronary Artery Disease?

I am a 75 year old female with Coronary Artery disease and a stent placement in 2015 I am having symptoms of Shortness of breath upon exertion, and a feeling of lightheadness and fatigue mainly after riding in a car, however this can come on at any time, now every day. I need to lean up against a wall or sit in a chair until this passes. My recent stress test is normal, and my heart is pumping normally, I have also had atrial fib, which has subsided since I was placed on Amiodarone. Do you have any suggestions Thank you.
