What Causes Breathlessness And Frequent Urination After A Tubectomy?

Dear sir, a patient delivered a baby normally. Patient and baby was normal and fit under medical experts supervision. After 5 days doctors ask her for tubectomy. After confirmation she was examined by doctors and found fit for operation.procedure of tubectomy on 11.30am. After two hrs. Patient was complained about breathlessness after attending toilet, inspire of resuscitation measures patient expired at 7.50 pm. As per inquest report of police in presence of two witness, there is yellow coloured liquid flow from her nose & white liquid from her mouth. So what is the fact reason of her death.

As you explained the situation the death is probably caused by pulmonary thrombo-embolism. The autopsy of the victim is recommended.
