What Causes Breathlessness And Increased Heart Beats While Running?

Hi Drs, my name is Mina; i actually have sometimes a breath problems i mean i have to put effort to breath very well and especially in winter when i walk a little bite fast i feel like i'm running ,my heart start beating and all; and i have also a sudden fast heartbeats. Please help me

Hello,
Its quit normal. Everyone feels the same. But if u experience this even after a short quick walk then check ur bp n consult an ent physician as this sometimes also happens when one has some blockage in nose.
