What Causes Breathlessness And Rapid Heart Rate?

i am 47 yr old female. i have lots of pinching, burning, heaviness in left and center chest and heart racing and shortness of breath and trembles. also pain shooting into left arm and back with extreme warmth feeling. gf passed at 47 heart failure. uncle passed at 45 heart failure and another uncle with 7 heart attacks with his first at age 39. any need to be alarmed?

I HAVE GONE THROUGH YOUR SYMPTOMS MAINLY THE CHARACTER OF CHEST PAIN .I FEEL IT IS SIGNIFICANT AND WE SHOULD CONSIDER DIAGNOSIS OF ISCHEMIC HEART DISEASE.
FIRST I WILL ADVISE YOU TO DO ELECTROCARDIOGRAM(EKG).
IF EKG IS NORMAL YOU SHOULD GO AHEAD WITH TREADMILL TEST(TMT).
ALSO I WANT TO ASK YOU:DO YOU HAVE DIABETES /HYPETENSION /DYSLIPIDEMIA?IF NOT PLEASE GET EVALUATED FOR THESE RISK FACTORS.
I HOPE MY OPINION WILL HELP YOU TO DECIDE FURTHER INVESTIGATIONS.I WILL BE HAPPY TO ANSWERYOUR FURTHER QUESTIONS
