Respected sir your age is 72 and you are already a heart patient.you have not mentioned what heart problems you are Diagnosed with and what treatment you are taking right now. At this age their is high possibility of decrease heart function . You need to consult your doctor he will tell you about your heart capacity and level of exercise that is adequate for you . Don't do over exertion that can precipitate chest pain and shortness of breath these are suggestive of cardiac ischemia and cardiac failure . Hope this will help .
