What Causes Breathlessness And Tightness Around Chest?

I am having very bad pain which started over my right flank very difficult to take a deep breath with screaming in pain. My back and shoulders hurt it feels like there is a tight band around my chest. No cough, no fever just pain both my upper arms ache and I can t lift my arms without pain. Sharp stabbing pain when I try to take a deep breath
