What Causes Breathlessness, Chest Discomfort And Extreme Fatigue After Hiatal Hernia Repair?

I have had 3 previous Hiatal Hernia repair surgeries by the same surgeon. I am having the same symptoms again.what. My last surgery was done 8/1/16. The surgeon put in a permanent mesh. I am having a lot of extreme shortness of breath, chest discomfort, extreme fatigue. This symptoms seem more severe this time. I do have an appointment next week with the same surgeon. After each surgery I would recover each time and do very well for a few months. What do you suggest?

As you explain the history a chest X-ray is needed in your situation to see the lungs. If they come positive than your doctor will advise you further.
