What Causes Breathlessness Despite Taking Advair And Ventolin For COPD And Asthma?

Hello I am a life time asthma patient. recently copd was diagnosed. I currently use advair 500/50 and ventolin but recently my breathing has become worse. I am about 80 lbs over weight and have Atrial fibrillation. is there an other med that will help my breathing?

You may need a course of antibiotics or oral steroids if you have an acute infection or acute asthma attack.

Acute infection or asthma attack can cause shortness of breath.

If this inhaler is not working for you , you may also need to consider an alternative to see you respond differently.

Avoid any triggers if known.
