What Causes Breathlessness, Dizziness, Vomiting Sensation And Heart Palpitation?
I can t stand for long because I m dizzy. I have shortness of breath. Irregular heartbeat. I ve been sleeping way too much during the day because I can t get up & do things because my body feels like its shutting down. I can t eat & when I try to I feel like I m gonna puke I feel like I m gonna faint. what could it be.
