What Causes Breathlessness Followed By Pain Under Breast?

Hi, my daughter has complained of sharp pain that is under her left breast, in her chest that comes on suddenly, not with activity, and will last from 1-5 minutes and it causes her distress like it is difficult to take in a deep breath. It goes away, but she avoids taking a deep breath for a while after an episode. She had not complained about it in about 4 mo s, but today she has had about 4 episodes. She is 17

I really appreciate your concern, allergic condition may be very likely and this can be well managed with antihistamine and steroid would be more helpful and best drug would be "Tab Loratadine once in day and Tab Dexamethasone 10 mg three times in day in tapering manner, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
