What Causes Breathlessness, Heart Palpitations And Fatigue When Diagnosed With Thyroid Nodule?

causes for sudden shortness of breath, heart palpitations, extreme fatigue, over 2 months now. went to ER they discovered a nodule on thyroid,thyroid blood work normal. nodule is 2.8 cm. had biopsy done awaiting results. could other symptoms be related? oh ct scan also showed mim emphesma in both lungs, and possible cyst on liver

Emphysema can cause fatigue, shortness of breath and , in some persons, palpitations.

You should consider a complete blood count to check for anemia. This is a possible cause of your symptoms as well.
