What Causes Breathlessness In A Child?
Hi Dr, my four year old start having short breath few months ago. I took her to our pediatrician. he checked her and said it s nothing. I was worried she had asthma since my son has asthma. now I am worried if it has something to do with her heart. when she sleep she is ok. but when she is awake for time to time I see her trying to take a deep breath and seems hard and she also complain about it. please can you help me. thanks

your child may have asthma if other child also have. it can be diagnosed by pulmorary function test and blood level of igE and eosinophils.
