What Causes Breathlessness In Pregnancy?

i am 26 and 14 weeks pregnant, i am 5ft4 and weigh 48kg (lost 15kg due to severe morning sickness but now improving)feeling breathless.have ankylosing spondylitis and fibromyalgia. AS sometimes restricts my rib movement but iam in remission at mo so dnt think it is this.

Hello dear,I understand your concern.In my opinion breathlessness ,chest tightness might be seen in anaemia and many other conditions.So I suggest you to get an Hb done to rule out anaemia.As you have muscular problem it might be also the reason.But worth ruling out anaemia first .And also cardiac evaluation done.Dont worry its not a major problem and it will subside on treating the casuative factor.
