What Causes Breathlessness, Pounding Of Heart And Numbness Around Mouth?

I realize I have some anxiety because of issues in my life. Here is what I experience daily, feeling like I can t catch my breath, heart and pulse pounding, wheezing and numb feeling around my mouth. I m trying the deep breathing and realizing I m not feeling calm about the shortness of breath. I have no chest pain.

Your symptoms could be because of your anxiety attacks. You should have some time to relax and don't be tensed throughout the day. I would suggest Lorazepam2-3 mg for 2-3 times a day but not exceeding 3 in a day.
