What Causes Breathlessness, Weakness, Dizziness And Fainting After Swimming?
Tonight I jumped in our pool. My shirt went over my face twice and I went down swallowed water went 30-45 seconds not able to breathe finally was able to breathe but since then I have felt very weak and dizzy feeling like I m going to faint. My lungs are burning since I aspirated and just hurting a little. Should I just take it easy or go to the ER? I do have asthma and COPD I did use my inhaler.
