What Causes Breathlessness While Playing Tennis?

I VE recently returned from 4 weeks at sea level (Massachuettes and Australia). I live at high altitude 5200 ft, in Colorado. I have been having a very tough time catching my breath while playing tennis. My heart monitor shows upper 150s; I had a cold when I returned and feel I have recovered from jet lag. I don t recall these symptoms before my travels. Do you feel it is more of an altitude issue or of recovering from a cold? Thank you.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

You have been at high attitude all the year. The breathlessness is due to changed attitude would be only for a few days & you would get adjust as soon. So, it's more like to be the effect of cold you had. Please check with a first physician for remnants of infection in chat & have bronchitis. If so, a amala course of antibiotics would help.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
