What Causes Bright Light In The Line Of Vision Upon Exertion?
When I do Spinning class or Zumba class, after about 30 minutes I sometimes get a bright light in the center of my vision. If I slow down the bright light dims or goes away, but if I try to increase my activity again it comes back and I feel light headed. What might be causing it? Should I be concerned?

I really appreciate your concern, the activity might be causing hypotension less blood supply in cerebral area, and of course this would be matter of concern it need to be found out for any pre-existing condition I would advise you to get done the complete clinical examination hope this information helps.
