What Causes Bright Red Blood In Throat After A Concussion?

I was on my nephews razor skate board yesterday. I fell off and hit my head really hard on concrete. Saw black for a min or so but was able to get up. There is a bruise no bump very sore tho. This morning when I woke up I had to clear my throat and it was full of blood clots. All day today I have had to spit them out because I keep getting them in my throat. It is bright red blood. Could a concussion cause this?

Its not the concussion there might be some injury inside your throat or break in some nasal bone which is causing this. you should go and visit ENT specialist for this.
