I am 45 yrs old and 5 yrs post hysterectomy due to uterine fibroids in which everything was removed except my right ovary. The surgery was performed vaginally. My doctor stated she also repaired a torn and prolapsed bladder sphincter and "tacked up" my bladder. Recently, with a new partner, I felt pain during intercourse where my cervix used to be. Only a few hours after intercourse, I observed a bright yellow discharge which is not thick or pasty. My urine appears bright yellow also and I do not have any burning or itching. I am concerned because I have never had this type of discharge.
