What Causes Broken Sleep Followed By Dizziness And Nausea?

I have awake dream memories which lead to light headed ness, occasional fainting, intense nausea. Can last a few seconds to off and on for a few hours. Happen a couple times a year or not for a few years. Internet research is looking like mini seizures, thoughts?

Hello

These are symptoms of anxiety and insomnia. Can be due to underlying stress. Also, a sleep test and EEG is required to confirm the diagnosis. Meabwhile, take tab nortryptalline(25) twice daily and Tab Alprazolam(0.25) at night.
