What Causes Brown And Pink Spots On The Penis Head?

I m young and I m a virgin. I m not going to lie but I wash my penis every 2 days. Most times I scrub it with an old toothbrush. My penis is brown and pink and gots some dark strips and it just looks weird. Also dirt or whatever is in the separation line of my penis head and penis body. Is this normal?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.

Noted your detailed history about discoloration of glans that is penis head, cleaning with toothbrush every two days and wants to know whether this is normal or abnormal.
First of all, stop using toothbrush for cleaning the glans.
You can use plain water day once or twice.
This will heal the problems if caused by brushing.
Consult a Dermatologist to know whether the appearance is normal or not.
There could have been balanoposthitis in past which on healing has caused all these problems.
Do not use any local ointments or so unless asked by your Doctor.
Use lose clothes to have proper aeration of the area as hot and humid atmosphere causes more sweating and rubbing to cause such changes.
Get treated if necessary and as advised by the skin Specialist.
If this is a normal appearance then you have to accept and stop all treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T. Chandrakant, General Surgeon
