I had my tubes tied after my 3rd child and this past cycle hadnt fully come. And im wondering why ive been spotting brownish with some pinkish red blood for about three weeks and get very tired Also have cramps.. Is there anything i need to be aware of.?

Its all due to the tubal ligation. Bleeding should stop spontaneously. If not you may consult your Gynaecologist for prescription of Norethisterone. It will stop the bleeding within a day or two.
Hope it helps. If you need further, detailed and quick assistance related to any health issues in future, feel free to 'ask me a question' directly from my profile.
Have a wonderful time ahead.
Best Regards!
