What Causes Brown And Red Spots Along With Itching On Pectoral Region?
I have self diagnosed myself with chilblains on my pectoral area, there is discoloration where some parts are red and a light brown. The affected area is somewhat circular and is approx. 2.54 cm in diameter. The injury was caused by an aerosol can quickly freezing the area. It is slightly painful to the touch and mildly itchy. Should I attain medical assistance, or can I allow time to heal this?

If symptom is not clear by self care then medication is needed, topical cream. Blood pressure should be checked.
