What Causes Brown And White Clumpy Discharge And Itchiness On Vagina?

Hello i have brown and white clumps coming from my vagina and the the outside itches and burns. I went to the hospital yesterday and got a shot in my bottom but its still there. The doctor did not want to do an exam. Can u please give me an idea on what it is? Im soaking myself in apple cider vinegar and water and it helps some on the itching. They wouldent help me at the hospital the doctor prescribes me antibiotic but i have mo money. What is this i have?
