I have recently suffered with a heavy cold and minor cough, during this period I had blocked sinuses - couldn t breath through my nose and I had blocked ears too. After a week of this I was blowing my nose last night as normal - feeling better - and a massive amount of dark brown mucus came out my left nose - I kept blowing and it just kept on coming - I was shocked because my nose didn t feel like it was full of mucus and I ve never seen anything like that and I m 34. Afterwards I could finally breath completely freely through that nose. Should I be worried, I m thinking no but I ve just not seen this before.
