The particle size was bigger than a mustard almost the size of a large fenugreek. Please help me understand what it is that I m facing.

Hi. The most likely thing that caused you the problem is what we call a calculus or in simple terms a stone. Stones can form in the urinary tract and are then passed down. In many cases as in your case, the stone can be expelled and that resolves the problem - for the time being. But stone formation is a recurring phenomenon. So, it is better to get yourself investigated. Start with urine test, blood tests like CBC, sugar and creatinine and an ultrasound. This will give a clue to the state of your urinary system. Meantime, start drinking a lot of fluids - 3-4 liters/day. Trust that answers your question.
