What Causes Brown Colored Vaginal Spotting During Early Pregnancy?
My girlfriend had bad stomach pain for about a week before her period and was constipated so she took a pregnancy test and it was positive shes been having stomach pain and cramps and tonight she had dark red brown blood on her underwear and she has had a miscarriage before is that what is happening now?

The brown spots may be blood spots but since are small amounts of blood they become brown in vagina. Spotting is common during early pregnancy. If you have abdominal pain and bleeding you should visit your gynecologist.
